Description:
Naturally brown suture thread.
Surgical suture wound in a cassette – natural, absorbable, twisted multifilament with monofilament appearance, impregnated with chromium salts.
Made from the connective tissue of bovine or ovine intestines sourced from countries certified as BSE-free.
This material is treated with a chromium salt solution, which results in a longer absorption time in tissue compared to Catgut Plain (approx. 7 days for plain catgut, approx. 14 days for chromic catgut in ideal conditions).
Available in 30 m, 50 m, 75 m, and 100 m reels.
